IN THE PACE OF NATURE
I offer sessions for women, in the pace of nature.
That means, that the present moment, is the only thing we can work from. There are no goals, no rush, only here and now - what is alive in your body.
This is for you, who needs support in deepening the relationship to your inner wisdom, through your body.
This is a space to heal, to shed, to be held, nourished, to listen, to awaken, to receive, to root.
We are vibration.
Everything is vibrating.
All is changeable.
My work is rooted in the intelligence of nature. I am trauma informed, with that being the alchymist of my approach. I commune with the spirit and physical elements of fire, earth, water, air, ether. I am deeply sensitive and in admiration of the natural cycles of a human life.
By giving our bodies, nervoussystem and our unique constallation the attention, love and space it needs, I believe we have an innate capacity to heal ourselves.
Sessions with me are subtle - yet deep. They include hands on healing, holistic body therapy practices, craniosacral therapy and soft acupressure. Combined to support your unique contellation with loving care.
In my own learning process, I have developed various methods and techniques. But what has been the strongest wisdom, was the subttle gift of loving presence and intuition, that flows through my hands and heart. I find that presence, being fully aware, seeing and being seen, accepting and allowing what is, moves mountains.
Together we welcome all the senses, all emotions, whatever is present. I offer a strong container of presence, warmth and openness, and always meet you where you are. That is the essence of this work.

PRACTICAL
Single session:
1 1/2 hour / 90 minutes
Price: 750 kr.
Payment with booking.
Session package:
Includes 3 x 1 1/2 hour sessions in total.
Price: 2000 kr.
Full payment before first session.
Each session starts with a cup of tea and water and a heart to heart talk to land together.
I recommend that you don’t make too many plans for the day, so you can listen in, and feel what is alive in you after the session.
